SP Dental Care – A Patient-Centric Dental App

Partnered with Dr. Pooja Priyadarshini Sudarsanam to conceptualize, design, and build a custom software solution for SP Dental Care tailored for streamlining clinic operations and improving patient engagement in a dental practice setting. Our collaboration was grounded in mutual strengths: she provided deep domain expertise and operational insights, while I brought technical proficiency and product vision. Together, we identified core pain points in appointment scheduling, patient tracking, and membership differentiation, and transformed them into a user-friendly digital experience. 🔧 My contributions included: Leading the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to MVP planning and feature roadmap definition. Engineering a seamless web-based platform that enabled patients to: 📅 Self-schedule appointments online 📈 Track their visit history and upcoming consultations 🌟 Access custom experiences based on their premium or regular membership tier I contributed across the product lifecycle — from MVP planning and technical architecture to feature implementation and deployment — showcasing a balanced blend of product ownership and engineering execution.

To extend the app’s impact, I facilitated its transition to another clinic, where it was later adapted to new requirements.
